PLEASE READ! What is Re-completion?
The re-completeion function allows the site to hide (once completed) a course until the next training cycle (345 days). At this time, the course reappears, and you will be notified (via email) it's time to train on the course again. All course's completed and certificates are archived (stored) in the site for future reference and use. Only completed courses are hidden.
Step 1: Click Log in and enter your username/password…
Step 2: Click the course name you desire to take…Step 3: On the course page…play the Course… At the end of course...Click “Finish”…on next page Click “Exit activity” - Upper-right of page to return to course page
Step 4: [Not Required Unless you desire a Certificate] Click the “Get XXXXX certificate” link & Certificate appears in new window (Allow pop-ups. YOU HAVE THESE OPTIONS; TO PRINT, SAVE OR JUST ISSUE...
Now, take another course or Log Out….
